  • Wie überprüfe ich den Online-Status von Bluetooth-Geräten und aktiviere die automatische Wiederherstellung der Verbindung auf dem MG6-Gateway?

    Sie können den Echtzeit-Verbindungsstatus von Subdevices, die im Cache des Gateways gespeichert sind, abrufen, indem Sie den Befehl cnn read ausführen. Um ein Offline-Gerät wieder zu verbinden, sollte die Anwendungsplattform aktiv einen Verbindungsbefehl an das Gateway senden, sobald das Gerät erkannt wird. Für Geräte, die nach längerer Abwesenheit ausgeschaltet werden oder wieder auftauchen, empfehlen wir die Implementierung einer Logik auf der Anwendungsschicht, bei der der Server das Thema "Status" überwacht; wenn das Gateway die MAC-Adresse eines zurückkehrenden Geräts scannt und veröffentlicht, kann der Server dann automatisch einen Befehl zur Wiederherstellung der Verbindung an das Gateway senden.

    Ja. Das MG6 unterstützt Multi-Netz-Failover. Sobald Ethernet, Wi-Fi und 4G konfiguriert sind, schaltet es automatisch in der Reihenfolge Ethernet → Wi-Fi → LTE um, wenn ein Netzwerk ausfällt.
  • Does the MG6 gateway support the AMQP protocol?

    No, it doesn’t.
  • What is the maximum supported SD card capacity for the MG6 gateway?

    It is recommended to use SD cards no larger than 32GB. Cards above this size may have stability issues over the SPI interface, leading to detection failures or frequent I/O errors.
  • Does the MG6 gateway send acknowledgment packets to confirm connection and data transmission?

    It depends on the communication protocol: MQTT: Acknowledgments are handled by the MQTT protocol itself, based on the selected QoS level. HTTP: The gateway expects a 200 status code from the server in response to every HTTP POST request, regardless of whether the uploaded data is empty. TCP: As a transport-layer protocol, TCP does not include application-level acknowledgments. The server must handle packet reassembly manually.
  • Can the MG6 gateway send downlink commands to BLE devices from other manufacturers?

    Currently, it only supports downlink control for Minew BLE devices using our proprietary protocol. However, we have developed a new MG6 firmware that supports standard BLE protocols, which will be released soon.
  • Why can’t the MG6 gateway receive downlink commands when using HTTP to communicate with the server?

    HTTP is a client-initiated protocol where the server passively responds to requests. By default, it does not support server-initiated command "push" to the client. For scenarios requiring the server to actively send commands to the gateway or client, we recommend using the MQTT protocol.
